Mariam Elgafy

Mariam Elgafy received her Bachelor’s degrees in Education and Communication, with a minor in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati. Mariam earned her Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Cincinnati with her research focus on political communication and media framing. Mariam has worked previously in Government Relations and is currently the Associate Director of Philanthropic Stewardship at the UC Foundation, as well as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Cincinnati.

Mariam provides consulting services in the areas of education, communication, strategic planning, organizational leadership, and philanthropy. She has consulted for schools, non-profits, government entities, and diverse organizations on the local and national level. Mariam is leading the school’s accreditation project and sits on the Strategic Implementation Team where she supports short- and long- term initiatives and projects of the school.
