Please follow the steps below to enroll your student.

For all new enrollments, required documents such as vaccination records, birth certificates, school transfer of records, or custody papers will need to be faxed, mailed or dropped off to the front office at the Academy. Our fax number is (513) 755-0179. Documents can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

STEP 3: Sign up for an account on the FACTS Portal in order to pay for Registration and Materials Fees, and to select a Tuition Payment Plan.
Financial Aid and Scholarship
The Academy provides tuition assistance based on need and prior year academic achievement. Assistance is awarded on a first come first serve basis. Financial assistance is only available for KG through 8th grade students. Applications will be processed via FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. There is a $35 application fee that will be collected by FACTS upon completion of the online application. Please click on the FACTS logo below. On the FACTS website you will be prompted to register unless you have an existing account.
